[Product Features]

• Excellent complexing ability and no foam generation.
• Good dispersion and suspension effect to prevent equipment and fabric contamination.
• Effectively chelate calcium, magnesium, iron and other ions in water to soften water quality.
• It has a strong anti-scaling and descaling function.
• When this product is added together with the oxygen bleaching stabilizer in hydrogen peroxide bleaching, whether it is the steam setting or cold pad-batch process, it can effectively control the violent decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, prevent hole formation, and improve the whiteness and scouring and bleaching uniformity of the fabric2.

[Usage Method]

• The chelating dispersant should be added after water inlet and before the addition of any dyes and auxiliaries, which can enhance the effect of various processes.
• Batch pretreatment bath:0.5 - 2g/L
• Continuous pretreatment bath:1 - 5g/L
• Dyeing bath: 0.5 - 2g/L
• After the pretreatment or scouring and bleaching fluorescent whitening one-bath treatment, in the cleaning process, treating with the chelating dispersant at 0.5 - 1.5g/L at 80℃ - 90℃ for 10 - 20 minutes ,can increase the whiteness and improve the storage safety to avoid yellowing.
• After dyeing, using the chelating dispersant in the post-cleaning process can improve the post-cleaning effect and enhance the washing fastness of the dyed fabric 3.

[Precautions]

• A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage;
• if it is used in the same bath with other finishing agents, a compatibility test should be done in advance.

[Storage and Packaging]

• Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain, with a shelf life of 6 months.
• Polyethylene plastic drum, lined with plastic bag, 125KG per drum.
